Jo is so lovely and truly wonderful at what she does, we cannot recommend her enough! My Mum had been to a couple of dress shops previously and had a disappointing experience until we found the Bridal Rooms, Jo was incredibly welcoming and my Mum was able to try on lots of dresses with accessories. She picked a beautiful dress to wear on my wedding day and bought her shoes and handbag from the shop plus had a hat made by Jo which were all dyed to colour match with her dress and looked fantastic. Thank you so much for being so brilliant Jo, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience at the Bridal Rooms!

Had the most wonderful experience here with Jo the owner. Such beautiful outfits and gorgeous hats and headwear which Jo customises to match your chosen outfit. Jo has a real eye and flair for knowing what suits you, with no pressure. I went in with no confidence, I would look good in anything and left on a high with a beautiful outfit. What a wonderful experience buying my dress & hat for my sons wedding, Jo made me feel so welcoming & special trying on so many dresses until i found the right one ( although my husband & Jo had to persuaded me to try it on). What an amazing boutique with so many beautiful dresses to choose from in all different shapes, sizes, colours and designs. Jo is amazing and knows her stuff as to what will suit you or not. Exceptional service at this beautiful boutique. Jo made me feel so welcome and has such a beautiful selection of formal dresses for special occasions. I received one to one attention by appointment and Jo ensured that I was comfortable and at ease at all times, with no pressure. After many weeks of searching for “the dress” I found it at The Bridal Shop today. What a wonderful experience it all was.
A beautiful shop and you are served by Jo who has 25 years experience in dressing ladies, she is so helpful and leaves no stone unturned in trying to make sure you are 100% happy with your choice. There’s so many beautiful dresses to choose from too!

What a wonderful shop!
Jo was absolutely fantastic in helping my Mom find the perfect dress to wear at mine and my partners wedding in August.
It was a relax and calming experience, which was made even better with such beautiful dresses to sample.
All in all an excellent experience and would highly recommend to anyone looking for an outfit to make you feel like a million dollars!
