My first experience trying on wedding dresses and the member of staff was so lovely, knowledgeable and so easy to talk to. She made me feel beautiful. I'm so greatful because i couldn't come within opening hours so they kept the shop open for me to attend my appointment.

What a gorgeous, family-run business! Keri and her family made my bridal party feel so welcomed over the summer. She has such a warm personality, that I felt completely at ease with her straight away. This was my first bridal shop experience and I couldn't recommend the service enough. Keri's expert advice was really helpful in choosing my dress from the absolutely stunning collection in the shop. She knows the details of each dress inside out, and carefully selected a wide range of styles for me to try on. She adjusted each dress to help me to feel comfortable and confident and she helped me visualise what the perfect size would realistically be like, without putting any pressure on me. We loved our visits to The Bridal Room, and of course, I said yes to the dress!

I can't recommend the bridal room enough! I was a bit anxious trying on wedding dresses and the thought of it was a bit daunting. I was complaining put at ease by the bridal room staff! We tried on as many dresses as I'd like and the dresses were very reasonably priced. I found my gorgeous dress and proceeded to purchase it. I felt that I couldn't find a better dress anywhere else! The bridal room worked with me with fittings and alterations. I would and have recommended the bridal room to anyone who is getting married.

They are so lovely, completely put me at ease and made me feel like I could wear a wedding dress (I am a little older and second wedding) Tried on a number of dresses whilst trying to see what I felt comfortable in and they could not have been more helpful. In the end I got a dress elsewhere, as I loved one of the most expensive and could not justify the cost to myself as I am having a very small wedding. I know dresses can cost alot more than the dresses in this shop, and this is more a reflection on me rather than the dresses, the shop and the ladies. Thank you for everything, I really wish I could have justified the sparkly one!

Such a joy to meet Keri and spend a couple of hours with her. She is such an incredible women who loves what she does and will do all she can to nurture you and look after you! I went to her even though I felt I had already chosen my dress. I didn't regret it one second. Keri has shown me other dresses to help me with my decision, she made me feel very at ease and she took the time to get to know me, around a cup of tea and some biscuits. Such a lovely time spent together that I'm so grateful for! By the way if you're looking for a dress, please go as you'll find a range of very different styles and a range if prices also! The shop is so lovely. And you'll be looked after all the way through.

The Bridal Room has a beautiful selection of gowns and the most helpful owners. I was really nervous for my first bridal appointment but the ladies really put me at ease and offered a lot of expert advice and support. It's hard to put into words what Keri-Ann and Lesley have done for us at the Bridal room. I was planning a wedding for my friend Emma who was given devastating news of a terminal cancer diagnosis. Her biggest dream was to marry her partner of 16 years. The only issue was we were on a short time frame and due to treatment, the bride is very petite. I reached out to Keri-Ann and I can hand on heart say, she is by far one of the most genuine, beautiful and caring people I have ever met! They gave Emma the dream from day 1! The dress shopping experience was so personal and we were given exclusive VIP treatment. Keri-Ann couldn't have been more attentive. Emma had the wow moment she had always dreamed of, she walked out of the changing room and just by chance her first dance song came on. There were goosebumbs and tears of sheer happiness. It didn't stop there! Lesley completed all the alterations on her dress and they didn't charge a penny. They even made a bag out of the material to hold Emma's medication driver and it was just stunning. We had moments we thought Emma wouldn't make the big day and Kerri-Ann was always available to be at the hospice at the drop of a hat! Thankfully she had her dream day and looked absaloutely stunning, the dress was meant to be. Keri-Ann has even been to visit Emma and sends me regular updates to see how she is. Now if that isn't above and beyond then I don't know what is 💕

Thank you so so much for all you have done for Emma. You have shown such love and care. I cannot express the gratitude I feel towards you! Kerri-Ann you are such a rare Gem, there nobody quite like you! Lot's of love, Louise xx

Went as a friend to the bride to be and it was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Lovely family run business who are all so friendly. And yes, she said yes to the dress!! Would fully recommend this business to anyone venturing down the wedding route.
