I came in today to pick up my dress and was greeted with the warmest smiles by Ahu and Liz. They had done a last-minute alteration with such care and attention to detail, and their patience made the whole experience wonderful. The loveliest ladies who truly go above and beyond for their clients. Highly recommend The Boutique London!

I went in the shop around 5:15pm, I found a flowy dress that I liked with a fitted waist. My size is 8uk to 10uk, I asked if I could try the dress on, and there was one lady at the shop floor working, she checked the size and said it was a 8uk, she apologised and said that she didn’t want me to risk trying it on as it is the last one of this style and it is not my size. I asked if I could try it on and I won’t close the zip if I think it will not fit me, she then said come back tomorrow I have a customer trying on a dress and we don’t do fitting after 5:30pm. Bare in mind this conversation happened at 5:19PM, the was completely empty and she had a customer at the back trying on a dress. She had 40 mins until the shop closes, she just sounded like she wanted to get rid of me and her customer service was very poorly. I’m disappointed because as soon as I walked in I told her I need to buy a dress today and I’m so eager to just buy one from there, clearly I did not sound like a customer that was there to waste time or could not afford their dresses. I’m gutted I went home without a dress today.
