Unfortunately due to the incompetence and utter rudeness of the delivery staff I am writing this review... me and my family use this shop quite often and as a whole the Benjamin foundation is a lovely organisation to which I value. Our recent purchase had major communication issues. We thought we were buying the bunk beds displayed on the shop floor however we were instead delivered a similar one from storage, which was a massive inconvenience as we had taken photos of the one displayed to help us put it back together as "it had to be dismantled" for delivery, not only that, we had a side slat missing on the bottom bunk (which was on the one we thought we were buying). For us, this was one of the incentives for buying due to having small children. A lovely manager had informed us of how this situation came to be and resolved this issue by organizing that part to be delivered that afternoon... when they arrived I greeted the man I saw previous and started to resolve the issue well, unknown to me, the lady behind him who had the part was going up my stairs to find the bunk beds (no introduction) I had asked her to put the part in the hallway and that this is something we could pop on ourselves. No answer from her while she carried on looking through upstairs rooms for the bunk beds, only the man in front of me commented "she needs to see them to make sure its correct" not only did these two members of staff barge into my children's bedroom (with no consent to be upstairs in the first place) they have put the brackets where they were not supposed to be. Unfortunately I was in a state of shock to correct them at that time. Being someone who values privacy and politeness I can not bring myself to enter that shop again.

Was looking for a sofa. No one said hello or offered any help although to be fair I did see other people being assisted. Fair selection of used furniture. Not overly cheap. I'm an avid market place user and have had some good buys from the heart foundation - I won't be rushing back to the Benjamin foundation but believe they do some good work with young people so won't knock them either. (Please note im not an upcycler, i was looking for my own home.) It wasn't for me but that doesn't mean it isn't for you.

Great place for second hand furniture and nothing too much for the staff. Good selection of old and new furniture. Always a pleasure to go there whenever we need something and they haven't failed yet. 1st place we check out. They also do delivery in North Norfolk but are willing to go further IF their is good quantity of bulk items

If you want good quality furniture but can't afford new, then this is the place to come. They have a wide range of furnishings and they are reasonably priced. Delivery is available. As an added bonus you are supporting a worthwhile charity. Win win situation.
