Thank you for The Bedford cheese Company at The Barn for the most wonderful Baby Shower party. Great service, lovely venue and the MOST AMAZING afternoon teas! Those with special dietary restrictions were so well catered for and all our guests were super impressed with the quality of the fresh tasty food . We arrived for lunch on a Bank Holiday Monday. The opening hours displayed suggested the place was open til 3pm, but did not state that the kitchen was closed after 2pm, which is a bit unfortunate. The staff were a bit brusque, and commented that they would usually shut the coffee machine down at 2:30pm - a bit odd if closing time is displayed at 3pm?

Anyway, the cakes which were still available were moist and full of flavour, and the coffee that was made was of good quality. Unfortunately, did not get chance to try their sandwiches, which have good reviews. We were not made welcome to browse the shop after either, which is a shame as there looked to be some good cheeses on offer.

This is a fantastic little place. Inside and outside seating. Great cheese counter. Brilliant cafe doing breakfast, brunch and coffee and cake. The Charcuterie board, or ploughmans are fantastic Lovely atmosphere. We'll worth a visit. Ps there is also a lovely little florist on site too. Plenty of parking

A fabulous cheese shop, deli and cafe in a pretty village just outside of Bedford. Premium ingredients, delicious menu and the best cakes ever. Good selection of savoury and sweet menu items. Their toasties are HUGE so make sure you’re proper hungry before ordering one. Their breakfast menu is super and their all day breakfast is available all day for those, like me, enjoy a lie in

Very cute venue with lovely, Attentive staff. Food is priced fairly highly, but with quality and marketing, I’d say it’s ok.

Food tasted incredible and delivered in good time. Venue also has amazing products for sale, which I’d definitely look into.

Fantastic coffee and the cheese selection is excellent. The huevos rancheros is pretty unsuccessful but the ingredients are fresh and service is quite quick.

This place is not what it used to be. When it was run by the Bedfordshire Rural Communities, the food was much tastier, locally sourced and certainly more affordable. The staff too were much engaging and smiley.
The farm shop is much smaller than it used to be and Woburn Country Foods certainly has a much smaller presence now.
