Had a great experience today with a young man named Dylan gave me great insight on the kits and the players, particularly Kai havertz( it seemed he liked him a little too much) overall really enjoyed the chat I had with him and the overall in the shop

Just want to say we had a amazing time doing a tour of the Emirates but most of all very grateful to the team that work there in the store I had put my daughters shoulder bag down with her phone in it wasn't a contract phone but one she uses to take pictures with near the shirt printing but forgot about untill we left for the day and was to far from the shop
After returning home I rang the store and the staff said they found the bag and kept it safe and then kindly posted this to me special delivery well packaged also well done for caring about your fans no matter the cost come on you gooners praised the staff for kindness

May 15th :
after my comment here below, I was contacted by Arsenal Store team, they reimbursed me the money I payed for T-shirt and stamp. They replied as it supposed to be. I may say now Customer Service works.
Thanks for considering my issue.

Original comment April 23rd :I bought a T-Shirt with the stamp, however the very first washing, it started to peel off. I sent an email with my complaint, they replied me proposing to send them (I live in France). I did, they re-stamped again the same stamp, after a washing, once again same issue.
Even they didn't reimburse the postage of T shirt shipping. Now I am requesting the reimburse of my stamping, but no answer to my emails. Not just bad quality, but poor Customer service.
I have a Puma T-Shirt with stamp since 10 years and still in good condition !!!!!
