Never normally write reviews but I feel like I have to this time because of my great experience here. The staff were super friendly always asking if I needed help. Nihan in particular went around the shop and helped me pick out what I needed. It was my first time visiting, and getting greeted at the door was also a really nice touch. Prices were a bit expensive though but that's expected these days.

Even as a non Arsenal supporter ( son supports Arsenal) I had a fab time. My son had one of the best days ever, totally great experience.

It was so much fun seeing the stadium and the changing rooms etc. Every single member of staff was beyond brilliant. Friendly, helpful and all went out of their way to make it an amazing experience.

Absolutely loved my visit here. So much history inside. Enjoyed reading everything I could and watched some of the videos that were playing.

What a fantastic stadium. Even if you don't support arsenal, it's still so interesting.

Thank you to the lady who helped me today I didn't catch her name. I was looking for the kids goalkeeper kit and she went out the back to find it and was very helpful and patient. I will have one happy nephew at Christmas

So friendly. So helpful. My dad loves Arsenal but I know nothing about footy. The staff helped me understand all the different kit so I could buy the right gift for him.

A very nice team store unfortunately the stock was very limited. They only had 3XL in the home kit and none of the black kit. Traveled from America looking forward to get this years kit. Was also looking for a kit for nephew and they didn’t have anything for him either. Hopefully the team can figure out the inventory issues.
