Called them in the morning asking whether they can deliver the washing machine the same day. The answer was yes. Not only wasn't it delivered but also nobody even called me. Was waiting for them specially, needed to postpone my plans... The store is 0.5 mile from my house and they couldn't make it! Joke... Will complain to consumer protection as the delivery time was essential for purchase and I was refused a refund

Needed Motor Brushes for our Washing Machine, so called in to the shop on a Thursday afternoon. They were out of stock but would have some ordered. Called me the same day to confirm the parts would be available for collection the following morning. Great service, thank you.

Took my Dyson for its annual service back in October and paid around £90.

Had troubles with it in January and took it in again. Was told it needed another service (plus a new part).

Crazy as the service is meant to be annual. Was fobbed off when I questioned whether the last service had even been done and wasn't offered any sort of compromise.

Rubbish customer service aswell as was spoken to rudely on the phone and whilst I attended witnessed a colleague 'effing and jeffing' at another colleague over something left outside.

Bad place, take your business elsewhere.

*In reply: I'm under the impression the furniture company is the same company hence the options when you ring your number?

In regards to your comments; none of this was explained either on the telephone or in person. I was just told it needed a service and that was that. Pine needles weren't even mentioned. So maybe if you would have explained, I would have understood. You didn't seem interested in my business at all.

You've only had 6 reviews on Google and I'm sure you've had negative ones in the past that aren't on Google. After all, you can't please everyone.

Negative reviews are part and parcel of business. I'm sorry that it's upset you so much that you've felt the need to reply.....*

Absolutely atrocious.
They have had my hoover for over 3 weeks. Not once has anybody been proactive enough to contact me. I have called them about 5/6 times and all I get is 'We're sorry, let me find out whats happened and get back to you'.

Provided a capacitor for my tumble dryer at a price cheaper than online. Good advice given and good customer service overall. My appliance is now fixed after just a few quid and just a little bit of work. Many thanks!
