Subject: Extremely Disappointing Service – Unresolved Order Issue

I placed my order on October 25th, with an estimated delivery date of October 31st. The package was meant to be a birthday present for my boyfriend on November 5th. However, the service I received has been absolutely appalling.

I was primarily in contact with Jucille, and I was convinced I was speaking to a bot due to the generic, pre-scripted nature of her responses. When I asked about the delay and the lack of updates from the Evri delivery system (which still showed "we are waiting for your parcel"), her responses were completely unhelpful. She told me things like, “Your package is already on its way to you and we're excited for you to receive it!” while I had already checked the tracking link and knew it was not on its way.

Days later, she finally acknowledged that the parcel was probably lost, and on November 5th after 12 days, she finally offered a replacement. Now, on November 13th, I still have not received the replacement or any resolution. Jucille insists that the package was delivered, but I was home on the delivery date and never received it. I showed up to my boyfriend’s birthday without a gift, and I’m left with no gift and out of pocket.

This entire experience has been an absolute disaster. The lack of customer care and the failure to resolve my issue is unacceptable. I am thoroughly disappointed with the service provided and will not be using this business again.

I was looking (really late) for a custom doormat as we'll be away with our pups in the caravan for the first time. So happy with my purchase! I wanted to change the message on the mat and they responded really quickly and updated it! Plus the order came in one day, so thrilled! And the quality is amazing, I honestly cried when I got the mat. Highly recommend it!

Really lovely product. I ordered personalised water bottles for my son’s nursery teachers and was so impressed with them! Instead of the name being a sticker which may wear off, the names have been etched on so will last forever. Great service and fast postage, for a very reasonable price. Amazing Service, I had a few issues placing my order but Ross sorted everything out and spotted a mistake I made before the item was put into production. I also needed the item in a hurry as it was a gift so they arranged for it to be sent for delivery next day. Great company and overall superb experience. Will be back to buy more gifts in the future. Love the wall bottle top bottle! Really ingenious idea and it will hopefully be enjoyed by the recipient. I wish it could have been a bit thicker/more substantial for the money. Quality of workmanship is excellent. Many thanks. ?
