I was feeling very ill was not supposed come here. As i was trying to walk my legs were throbbing , i had dylsis today my legs felt weak , i could not walk any more.
I seen a worker stacking shelves . His customer service was exceptional. What a kind man bought me a chair. We had a little conversation felt so comfortable . Thankyou so much ALFIE , what an amazing man. May god bless him for his kindness

never been here before, don’t even live local, and i love me a tesco extra. went to the store to get some flowers for my grandmother, and was followed around the store “discreetly” by a security guard with a foul look being treated like some sort of criminal on tag.

I cannot rave enough about the exceptional service Angela provided at Tesco. Not only did she expertly assist my family and me with our shopping needs, but her warmth, politeness, and genuine kindness towards my young daughter left a lasting impression. Angela's bright smile and wealth of knowledge made our experience truly delightful. When I realized I forgot my wallet, she not only covered £3 of my purchase but did so with such grace and generosity. Despite my insistence on reimbursing her, she refused, simply wanting to make our day better. Angela's dedication to customer satisfaction and genuine care for each individual she serves make her an invaluable asset to Tesco. We are immensely grateful for her outstanding service and look forward to seeing her friendly face again soon!

Impressive store with limited varieties in some areas but for me and my experience- was ample. Negatives were hand sanitiser ran out in dispenser and not refilled or checked and limited kitchen attire.
Positive sides are the recycling initiatives.

Can’t say I’ve had the greatest experience here, been multiple times for different sized shops and every time I’ve been followed around the store like I am there no1 criminal
Self checkouts I’m watched like a hawk WOW! Not to be funny but I don’t need to steal from Tesco love!
Not a pleasant experience at all try to go to Asda down the road more to be honest

Called in Accy Store this morning to look at childrens clothing.
It looked like a 'bombsight' the whole area
total disgrace and thats being polite.!!!
This is what comes of having no staff !
Get your act together no one will buy if stocks on the floor....would you!!!

This is not a reflection on the store as a whole, the 2 star is based on the cafe.
Came here with a young man with autism.
He selected chicken goujons, chips and sweetcorn with a gingerbread man.
The chicken goujons were extremely overcooked, probably could have used them as hammers, sweetcorn had been nuked in microwave (some had white bits) and the chips were very greasy. Although I didn't eat, my YP did, he said the chicken hurt his teeth. The gingerbread cookie was 5 days out of date! They did offer a refund. The 2 stars based on the staff who offered to help otherwise would have only received 1.
