I waited 4 hrs and 26 minutes for a bag of pretzels. When I said I don’t have petrol to buy, they simultaneously sighed at me and said why didn’t you just join the cue, this made very uneasy. I was sure that there was no sign to say go and wait in line to buy the pretzels.

If your shutting time is midnight then you should stay open until that time and not frickin 11.50 or even 11.55...got there well before midnight and the doors locked.no one about. Yeah the excuses like the till being locked early shouldn't cut it....just keep them unlocked until after you close ...simple.
This isn't being a karen lol i understand they've been there all day or whatever then no customers show up for an hour or so...but they're still cutting off custom...ofc not a terrible thing just bloody irritating no fuckr was even at the door

Staff very friendly. Due to covid the cleaning station is outside. Asked to check under mask to check over 16. But still polite about it. Will shop here again without a doubt.

I was on my way home to Coventry, poped in here, filled up with petrol not thinking I'd not have enough money on my card to pay.
Feeling slightly embarrassed, I had to phone my mum to see if she could pay over the phone. As my phone was in my car, I asked if I could get it & I will move my car from the pumps.
As a guarantee that I wasn't going to drive off, I handed the lady my wallet.
Anyway paid for petrol, had a chat with the shift manager at the front door, thinking nothing of my wallet, I then drove home.
When I got home I discovered I'd left my wallet with here, so I phoned them in morning. I spoke to a very helpful lad, who found my wallet with a note suggesting it be posted to me.
Anyway all staff I spoke to were brilliant.
OK I left without my wallet, I forgot it, so my fault. The lady I handed it to was busy enough running a shop & to a high standard too.
