Ordered some terpenes, realized i wanted to swap to different strain, was no issue they amended my order even letting me quiz them about all the different ones i had my eye on. Very impressed with the knowledge customer service and speed of delivery. Even got a free bottle to try. Hoping to be a long term customer as the bottles smell lovely (not tried yet as i still have to mix into my rosin but i have high hopes after smelling the bottles) edit: mixed the pots up and will report back after trying
Have now tried after mixing the pots and letting sit as its recommended. I had high hopes for the zkittles and blue cheese as these were supposed to be similar to the strains. Non of them tasted anything like the descriptions unfortunately. The zkittles is very fruity not like the strain however more like an elf bar flavour. The blue cheese doesnt have any blueberry or cheesy notes either but has a menthol taste to it. The nerds was quite pleasant but again very much like an elf bar flavour. The strawberry cough (although free) wasnt much to my taste either not like the strain very strawberry forward. All flavours are pleasant but not what im after and dont really contribute to any entourage effect so i will give some of the other ones a try next time to find ones that work for what im after.

This place used to be great but I think they are having problems atm. It’s hard to get a response.
On the other hand I have bought from them (normally over £500 orders) over 10 times and never had a problem before now. I hope they can sort this out quickly as I really don’t want to have to go elsewhere.

Absolutely fantastic service from these chaps. A bloke called Kieran helped me decide on the perfect strawberry-based strain profile for my best mate's birthday present. Strawberry Diesel, Strawberry Cheesecake and Strawberry Cough were available, but he had his heart set on Strawberry Haze. To my astonishment, Kieran offered to make me up a Strawberry Haze strain profile over the weekend.

After speaking to him at the start of this week, he stated he had been working on it and may be able to get it out that same day. Just to make sure i asked him whether this was a profile based accurately on the original (and only IMHO) Strawberry Haze; Arjan's Strawberry Haze. Kieran was planning on using an Amnesia Haze backbone and building the Strawberry element on top.

This is where Terpenes UK really stand out. Kieran had every opportunity to lie, or slightly deceive (sounds more accurate) me at this point, as at the end of the day i am unlikely to lab test the strain to find out how much of each terpene is present and which Terpenes were included. When i exclaimed my issue with the bespoke strain profile he had already made it and spent time working on it. However he did not seem irritated or used his superior knowledge of the products to shut me up.

He said that most of the old school Greenhouse Strains bar perhaps Super Lemon Haze, have gone out of fashion/demand. The world is moving from Holland based seed companies, to dispensaries in California to find the best new strains, that there are a lot more than i remember. He said he could try and work it out but it may take longer as it would be fro scratch. Thus i asked about the Strawberry Diesel he stocked and his opinion of it, and it turns out this sounds much more up my friend's street anyway (if the Strawberry Haze was out the picture).

Long story short, i spent £13 including P+P for 1st class standard delivery (shh... i'm not that cheap, i still have to shell out for the carts, cannabinoid distillates and isolates, and the diluent "Liqui-Fire" that they stock. It is FANTASTIC for thick oils if you want to vape). He said he would like to include some Strawberry Shortcake terpenes as well, splitting the order into (2) 0.5ml vials, and also promised to include another (2) M8 battery chargers as the ones from the first order had broken, this was completely free of charge btw.

Today i receive a fairly large box for what i am expecting and inside; the (2) M8 'eGO twist?' battery chargers fromthe first order. What looks like a whole 1.0ml vial of EACH Strawberry based terpene, minus the Strawberry Cough that i didn't express an interest in. AS WELL AS INCLUDING @ LEAST 0.5ml OF A GENUINE STRAWBERRY HAZE STRAIN SPECIFIC PROFILE, AS HE SAID MADE BESPOKE. That bottle's label was typed on a computer much like the samples they give out. The other two had shiney sparkly stickers with the logo and strain etc. NO WHERE on the website is there a listing for Strawberry Haze (Arjan's or otherwise).

I cannot thank you enough Kieran, i can''t see how this won't make his day. I will definitely be returning for my terpene needs. My only complaint is that they should start stocking CBD, CBG and other cannabinoid isolates/wax/shatter/oil, and it would be handy if they could have a wider range of cartridges in stock, as well as stocking up on the carts/batteries and other accessories they do stock. Their Liqui-Fire diluent is unbelievably expensive but worth every penny. You can make the thickest oil carts with no PG, no VG, NO FRACTIONATED COCONUT OIL (MCT), just using an odorless liquid made from terpenes i think he said from the Olive plant. Very interesting!

I made another purchase from these guys in 2025 and can happily say they are still knocking it way out the park! Products speak for themselves, but the real advantage with using TerpenesUK is the customer service. It is second to none and they are always so Intuitive with your needs, but also with how to keep you sweeter with freebies personalised for you!

Ordered Friday 1st Class, no delivery on Wednesday. 3rd order of £160 and no free samples like others said. Will try another terp company next time.

Never had an issue with ordering anything, great place to get terps.
Always get a free sample with every order as well which is nice as I get to try other flavours I wouldn't normally try and discovered some great new blends because of it
