I have used the company over a number of years for advice and support and they just keep getting better and better . Paul and his team really do go the extra mile to give the best service possible.
What I really like is that they consider every aspect of the problem coming up with sensible practical solutions rather than just throwing money to fixing things.

Visited tekmate as I was encountering issues with my hard drive and needed a replacement. After getting some advice I decided to tackle the job myself and encountered some issues which I thought were beyond my skill set. I went back to Tekmate to ask that they finish what I started and the guy was really helpful and happily talked me through a solution which helped me finish the job myself.

Computer now all fixed and although not completed by Tekmate I was really impressed by this company as it would have been easy for them to simply take my cash and finish something that was pretty straight forward and was able to do myself. For anything in future I would not hesitate to use them and trust that whatever work was recommended was necessary and that I was being charged for work that didn't need to be completed.

My experience here was excellent. Paul was fantastic on the desk, offering a number of good solutions to the problem I had which turned out to be fixed in the half an hour after. Great local company that goes the extra mile to resolve your computer problems. Tekmate caters for both businesses and the home users and covers both Microsoft and Apple operating systems. They offer a free 10 minute consultation and advice service to determine what if any repairs are required to correct a current issue.

Rather than throwing away my current PC, they rebuilt my Dell Laptop and returned it to full health. The cost of the service alone was recouped by time saving in five days of use.
