The cashier ( a blonde girl) was extremly impolite!
She didnt treat me well, and we finished my purchase I thanked her despite her behaviour but didnt reply with a ‘ no worries’ ( impolite as I said )
I was there on the 24th of July in the afternoon.

Store is a complete mess (changing rooms especially), shop assistants are not even greeting and just having a nice chat among themselves. Love the brand but this shop is not worth a visit.

Sent faulty bag back, it takes up to 28 days for replacement, after 28 days I contact them, they said they would ring back in 10 minutes, alas they didn’t, after going above their head I got a response, because the bag was a sale item and cost £89 I could only chose another bag of that price or less, a bit difficult to find any leather bag at that price so they refused to replace a bag of similar size style etc as it was £107, we offered to pay the difference but they wouldn’t take payment over the phone so they did refund the money but very disappointed as they should have replaced it as a good Will gesture and I’m sure it will go down in price in their next sale !!
I will not be buying from a Ted Baker store at an airport again
