My son and I came to TCStore to just have a look around,then we met Hamza and walked away putting a deposit on a car. He was polite, courteous and so friendly. It was as if we knew each other. Last week I purchased an Omoda from TC Stores at Brentwood.

I was served by H. This guy is brilliant!
From the start to the end he was splendid, I mean his a diamond in that trade. H really knows his stuff, made it a very personal experience. I never felt any pressure everything was so chilled and he made it stress free.

I had 2 kids with me and H offered them both sweets to keep them seated, H really understands his surroundings and not just to sell cars.

I don't think words can describe him, not only did he go above and beyond, he sourced me my desired colour!

I highly recommend booking an appointment with H (no disrespect to his colleagues) I'm sure they all do a brilliant job.

If you want a new car, book it with H, he WILL get you the best deal

Last week I purchased a car from TC Stores at Brentwood.
Freddie Knight looked after me from start to finish. He was so helpful and friendly. There was no heavy sales technique or pressure. He made it a more personal and very pleasant experience.
I cannot recommend him highly enough as he went above and beyond, always keeping me updated throughout the whole process. I did not have to once chase up on anything.....excellent service.

Omoda is a new brand and it will take them a while to grab a share of the market but the price and quality on offer was impressive. I would personally go for Noble trim on Omada 5, test drove one and it wasn't bad at all. Lots of kit for not much price and the drive plus ride was comfortable.

Sales team were very keen to engage, polite, and helpful which was good to see. I would like to mention both Phil and H and they really made us feel welcomed and meet & greet was spot on.

I have no doubt they will sell a lot of these Omodas.

I came here to view a car that I’d seen online and I happened to turn up on an extremely busy day but I was offered a drink straight away which was nice. I was then greeted by Freddie who is super friendly and I saw the car and had a test drive. I decided I wanted to buy the car so I came back to collect it and once again it was a great experience as I went through all the forms whilst having a laugh with Freddie and everything I needed to know was explained to me. I encountered a few other staff members whilst I was there both times and they were all lovely and welcoming too. Thank you TC store for making my experience great and special thanks to Freddie for helping me out 🙂

Interesting vehicles, with lacklustre staffing. I was having a look at these as its time to change vehicle and there isn't an abundance of information in the show room, 25 minutes in and no one had approached me, yes they were busy but 3 people were loitering in a back office. Even if the people in the back office couldn't help, they could have given me a wait time or maybe the info I wanted. When the service is like this, I have doubts about the support or service when I own a vehicle. I'll try another branch elsewhere but based on this experience I wouldn't bother with Omodo or Jaecoo.

Freddie was an absolute credit to the business. Professional, amicable and knowledgable about the car I wished to buy and the processes included. A stellar salesman who makes first car buying a lot less stressful.
