Might honestly be the worst fish and chips we've ever had. Chips were cold, wet and soft. Fish was thin, rubbery and just a disgrace. Used to come here and it was superb, come back after a year away, and honestly it was pathetic. £35 for 3 portions of fish and chips, that's not even large chips or 3 large cod by the way! And it went straight into the bin. Terrible.

Tasty Plaice Honeybourne has a website to order from but it takes you to a different chip shop in Birmingham.
They are aware of the issue but have done nothing to sort it. Wasted £25 due to misdirection.
Trading Standards have been informed but nothing has been done……useless.

We live local so ordered and paid online, collected 15 mins later. Food was excellently cooked and hot, chips were a lovely golden colour and not greasy. The kebab meat was as good as I've had anywhere. Generous portions and competitively priced.

This place is a disgrace, with all the bandwagon price hiking i thought i had hit the bottom until i encountered this place! i popped in and had a cone of chips £2.70 and a jumbo sausage £2.00, would i like salt and vinegar? yes please can you put a little blob of ketchup on the side, £5.80 please! paid then queried it as it should be £4.70 and she said "and the sauce"! £1.10 for a tiny blob of sauce which might i add is cheap market crap that tastes like vinegar laced spud water not heinz, i will never enter this thieving establishment again, i will also get this word about on EVERY social media platform available to me, now we are at the bottom and to be clear this 1 star is forced upon me this would be deep into the negative stars if possible.

As a new customer and hearing such good reviews and at £15.50 was absolutely appalled when we un wrapped our eargly awaited fish and chip supper. They were clearly not cooked from fresh as the oil/lard was setting on the paper before we could get it to a plate ( once it had dribbled through the brown paper bag it was served to us in and ruining my wife's jeans). As per photos so so burnt and chips possibly cooked at lunch in bulk were warm ish so disappointed ...still in shock

Great chip shop and it is always busy! Never had a bad meal. Chips are spot on. Great customer service. Bit annoying it’s cash only...but that’s the only downside.

Sadly my partner had a Donner kebab with some chili sauce & Mayo on a side. The Donner was extremely dry like it was the 1st cuts, as for the chili sauce, we never tasted something like it. It was the worst chili sauce ever. Ruined dinner, ended with eating just the chips & salad. I am for supporting locals but pls don't serve this. Choose a different brand chili sauce. Give a smaller portion but give good quality one .!! :((( - And yes you can argue Donner is far from being the best but still a good quality sauce matter .
