Absolutely shockingly low quality products and extremely low quality customer service. Paying top price for below average. Quality of product diminished as soon as job completed, left with a huge clean up as a customer and then absolutely ZERO care. Wish I avoided and looked elsewhere.

Absolutely shocking customer service. Enquired about how quickly someone could come out and quote and that I'm getting a quote from someone else as well, the sales man just walked away from me and mumbled something to his colleague.
I will not return and will let anyone else needing new carpets not to go there.
I've just read that Carpetright recently went into administration, if you employ staff like that, I'm not surprised.

We called into the wheatbridge shop to see if they had any suitable rugs. I spoke to a couple of extremely professional staff, However, the gentleman who helped and served us was a chap called Dominic, his knowledge and helpfulnes was brilliant, he was also not pushy or intrusive and was showing us all the suitable rugs based on the dimensions i had given him. We were in and served and on our way in less than 20 minutes. We did however buy 4 rugs in the end because the prices were so competative, we decided to purchased for other areas as well. Thanks Dominic for making our visit smooth and efficient.

From the moment we walked in, Tracey greeted us and did everything possible to advise, help with ideas, options for getting the best fit from carpet and vinyl, minimising waste and ensuring my own measurements were up to scratch. She was a delight to talk to and made us feel really welcome and looked after. Came away having chosen everything we needed, and then a follow up visit after an estimator had verified everything was equally amazing. I never associated buying floor coverings with being a great experience, but this was and I came away happy and smiling. Other companies and those involved in customer service take note, this is how you do it and Carpet Right, people like Tracey are making the difference and a real asset. Thanks Tracey 🙂

Had 2 fabulous experiences recently.
One for fitted flooring and one for carpet.
Excellent advice and support in making our choices in store. Your representatives are knowledgeable but not pushy.
Outstanding fitters on both jobs who were really experienced, punctual and polite.
Very competitive prices too.
What’s not to like?
Highly recommend this store. Will certainly use them in the future.
