Professional and pleasant staff with outstanding service from my initial enquiry through to the end. I've had a Tag Heuer Aquaracer for 10 years on its original bracelet, I fancied a change and wanted to go with a rubber strap. Visiting the store Jacob quickly found the exact strap I was looking for and I proceeded to have it ordered to the store. Delivery was 4-6 weeks and throughout this time I was updated by Jacob and Leo thoroughly. Once the strap arrived at the store I was contacted and arranged to go in to have it fitted free of charge and collect. I'm really happy with the new look and appreciate all of your help. I'll be returning in the future. Thank you

Watch is over 15 years old. A spring and barrel went on the strap. Ebay, wrong part (£5), Watch Lab er, no; Timpsons, If I sent it away, cost a fortune, no. As you can see, the strap has many different lengths of bits involved so I decided to go to Tag in Cribbs. Identified the correct spring and barrel, ordered and fitted within a week, emailed me the receipt. £10. Next time I need it servicing, I'll take it to these guys. Very pleased, will use again.

Amazing experience. That’s what it was an experience, offered a drink, explained what products they had and what options for finance and product care. Staff were really welcoming and felt like a very professional outfit. This was the first time I have purchased a Tag and love it! Ended up getting the Red Bull Formula 1 with 5 year product care.
