I've had an excellent experience in my dealings with TW White at Bookham. I was interested in buying a used Mazda, having been influenced by my daughter and son in law when they bought a new Mazda the year before last. They very much liked the car, and their dealer experience, especially Christian the sales manager. When I made my enquiry I dealt with Jeff, who told me of a car that was due to come in, in part exchange, later in the month. If I was keen Christian advised me to reserve the car, and this he did for me.
After sales preparation the car arrived on time. I arranged a short test drive with Jeff, and agreed to buy it. Mechanically, it was then fully prepared with a 12 month warranty before I took delivery of it.
Having now driven the car for well over a month, the car is a delight to drive and has fully lived up to expectations.
An excellent dealer experience all round, and would certainly recommend this dealership based on my, and my daughter's experience of TW White in Bookham.

One of the reasons I drive Mazdas is the great service and general care I get from the Bookham branch of TW White. They are so helpful, friendly, reliable, and knowledgeable, I dont have to worry about anything to do with my car because they look after it. they will collect and return my car from home, and if booked sufficiently inadvance can provide a courtesy car. I recently changed my vehicle and Geoff on Sales could not have been more helpful and patient.(Their drink vending machine is delicious too!!)
