We’ve just purchased a 2015 Audi TT from Sytner Select in Wakefield. We have to commend the focus on customer service at this dealership, which starts from the moment you walk in through the door. We were greeted on entry and then had our car shown to us by Dion who was fantastic. He took us for a test drive and never once gave us the hard sell treatment.
We ended up coming to a great deal with the car purchase and dealt with William as well as Dion throughout the transaction. Both were a pleasure to deal with.
Also, thank you to Josh for looking after us on the day of collection.
All round a very pleasant and confidence inspiring experience.

Emily and Harry are two amazing people!!! . Great customer service and throughout my purchase of a car kept me up to date and just generally all round great people. Emily came out with me for the test drive and with someone who has bad anxiety she was easy to talk to, happy and smiley which put me at ease, and it's nice to see another lass enjoy the car.
Harry dealt with the money side and he's kept me up to date on the stages with the car. I was very eager to get my car so I did call Harry a few times but he always seemed happy to talk to me and let me know what's going on. Overall very happy with the service I received. I would definitely recommend Synter! And speak to Emily and Harry. They're amazing and to top it off I got thee most awesome car!

I would like to say a big thank you to the team at Wakefield! Especially want to say thanks Jamie Lovatt and Josh Dawson. I love my new car! Josh was very helpful and made me feel at ease on purchasing this car. Ok there was a couple scratches and the mirror was loose but Josh reassured me that before purchasing this will be sorted and looking brandnew again. Josh is definitely a man of he's word. Also a funny guy with a great sense of humour which I think customers need a positive energy like Josh around when purchasing a car. I did go to other places before hand to look at the audi A3 sline however I'm glad I stopped here and got my car here. I would highly recommend buying your car from here. Great service all round. And thank you for Jamie for dealing with all the paperwork and documentation side of things you made me feel ease and gave me the best understanding of things when it came to part exchanging my car (also gave me the best deal) I'm so glad I got the car I'm in love with it.
