Shopblocks built our sports club website from start to finish. Big fan of the company. Fin, Dean & the Team have taken us out of the dark ages on our website and with a lot of patience (as we are pretty ignorant of the technical side) they are continually helping us to develop our club website. The big difference with them is that they are not build, launch and forget, they are always around to help and change things but also to try and train you as the user up. I am absolutely delighted with my two new sites. I wasn't convinced about moving from my old website company but I am now thinking I should have done this years ago. Had a bit of a rocky start with being able to get things done but I am pleased to say that it looks as though Shopblocks have turned a corner. So, rocky start aside, we had some exceptional service over the past couple of months. I found Dean in particular, to be a highly skilled individual. Absolutely, without a shadow of a doubt, the most unprofessional company i have dealt with. Was introduced to them via custom gateway, they promised me a fully functioning website, as per my requirements. They over promised and once i abandoned my old website, i had to make a lot of compromises, just to make the website live. This was still not enough before i was being pushed from colleague to colleague. This took over a year, over which they were charging me for a non functioning website. Finally escalated to director level, to which i was offered a refund, but in terms of credit! I do not want to proceed with shopblocks and would like a full refund. You have wasted so much time and more importantly opportunity. I would stay well clear!!
