Been going to this Motorrad store for about 6 months, always made to feel welcome and lots of bikes to look at and have a browse with a coffee. Took the plunge on a lovely 24 plate 1250GSA, got the deal I was happy with. Throughout the process James kept me up to date and on handover everything was completely ready and was nice and easy. I collected my new (used) bike on Saturday and couldn't be happier or speak more highly of the welcome and service at Sycamore BMW. From the very start when I called to ask about the bike, Paul was incredibly helpful and friendly, and made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. I'd been to a few different dealerships (BMW and otherwise) and this was one of the best experiences by far.

Having ridden my existing bike 70 miles up there, and arriving very cold, we were treated to hot drinks while Paul sorted the paperwork for a test ride. Andy took me on a guided ride which was absolutely perfect to get a feel for the bike. He also spent time showing me all of the features and controls of the bike beforehand, making me feel nice and comfortable with it, especially as a new rider this was very much appreciated. I must also say, as a female rider, I often experience people looking at and talking to my husband about the bikes (or cars) instead of me, even when it's me doing the buying - although he was involved in the conversations I didn't feel as though I as being ignored or patronised, which was a refreshing change!

The showroom is fantastic, so much to look at, and friendly staff and visitors. Paul called a few days later to see how I was getting on with the bike - a true testament to great customer service. Thank you so much, when it warms up a bit we'll be back to visit!

Just purchased my used BMW approved s1000xr from Sycamore Motorrad Witham with Christian. Excellent service from him, kept me upto speed with details about work being done before collection. The bike was ready for collection in less than a week. Small issue with the bike after collection but Christian has sorted this out with no fuss.

Contacted Christian on the Saturday who sorted a stunning triple black R1250 GSA (used) ready for collection on Wednesday the next week!! Amazing and extremely efficient service and can’t recommend enough. 👌. This is the 6th bike myself & my friend have bought from Sycamore because of this level of customer service.

I have my bikes serviced there and the service is always very good with Simon (mechanic) helping me out more than once even staying late to get my bike finished! I went to BMW sycamore at Witham today as I had a fault on my bike. I called a week before to check my bike was in warranty and the chap on the phone was very helpful and said it was. I explained the fault I had and he booked me in quick and easy for an appointment that suited me.
On arrival staff were very friendly and helped with any questions I had.
My bike went in for its diagnostic check and I was directed to the waiting area for a coffee to warm up. Looking at all the bikes for sale on the way.
A member of staff approached and asked if all was ok and we got chatting about warmer winter clothes. He took the time to explain what he had and even let me sit on his personal bike wearing his heated jacket to show me how good it was. No sales pitch, just a helpful guy. 2 other guys helped with questions on heated gloves and other bits that would work for me and my bike, again no sales pitch, just very helpful, showing me where I can get certain brands on the computer and their own personal experience of them, even letting me try on their own personal heated gloves. After 90 minutes I was amazed that they had diagnosed the fault on my bike, ordered the part in and fixed it there and then.
The service I received today was first class and all the staff were really helpful. On the whole an excellent experience in customer service which is all too rare these days. Sorting out these types of issues can normally be painful but they made it a really easy morning which made up for the cold ride there and back and some.
I would 100% recommend Sycamore Witham if you’re looking at getting a new bike.
