Before lockdown this chemist was FANTASTIC. Since then they've become a joke! It's shocking the way they treat their customers. I've been using them since 2010 but NEVER AGAIN. I am aghast at their attitude towards the elderly and the disabled. THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Reaching them by phone is practically impossible because now they only have voicemail so you can't even speak to someone! They don't even deserve one star but to post this review you have to give them a star or you can't post!

They do not answer the phones have called at least 20 times no answer and when you do get through or go up to the chemist they are disrespectfull

Staff are really friendly and helpful. Looks like it gets very busy in there and from what I could see the staff were great with everyone. Excellent health care for the community.

I can’t recommend Swettenham Chemists enough. The staff is friendly, knowledgable, attentive and extremely helpful. Nothing is too much trouble (they have helped me so much is getting my prescriptions when the doctor has been unresponsive).

Friendly maybe! But terrible service
never again will i use swettenhams have to wait days for my meds even though there on repeat prescription.
The local drug addicts dont seem to ever go with out though?
They also issued me with medication that i used to need two years ago by mistake once.
