Ordered online and this it how i got my milkshake. I have emailed justeat and i have been told that i wont get a refund. Absolute joke.

My son loves the ice cream rolls here. Most staff are great.
I have included photo of one guy who was my star friend. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a picture of the woman who was very gentle with my son and made him a banana roll, which was his favourite. Thank you.
The boss is not disabled friendly. My son has a service dog, it was written on the collar and was told to leave outside even when showing and explaining what a service dog is. (equality rights act 2010)

Sickly sweet desserts. Kinda what you expect going into a place like this.
Desserts looked great but they didn't taste as good as they look.
Unfortunately a fly landed in one of the desserts as soon as it was placed on the table. Luckily I took a video and showed to the manager who replaced the dessert with another slice. I won't be putting up on here as the manager rcified the problem without any fuss or objection so thankyou.
Place is a bit run down now compares to when it first opened. Staff seem fairly new and unsure of what they were doing. On entering the shop notice a girl microwaving something metallic in the microwave. Crazy hey!
Any way onto the desserts....the pistachio cake didn't really taste of pistachio.
The cookie dough was good but a bit of ice cream on the side woukd have been nice and is normal for other dessert places.
The red velvet cheesecake was a little dry and didn't really taste of red velvet.
Overall it was okay but didn't wow me to be honest.
Don't think I will be going again for a long long time.

I am so disgusted. First of all the menus are so dirty and sticky. We went to order icecream and there were dead flies in the icecream and a strand of hair. The cutlery was not clean and the fork we were given was dirty and not washed properly. Service was very slow and it took like 30minutes to make the waffle. And when we finally received the waffle, the waffle wasn’t done properly. You could still taste its ingredients, it was a bit raw. Overall a negative experience, there is no basic hygiene in this place, it was absolutely sickening.

Very good options for dessert and ice-cream lovers. Strawberry waffles is a must try nice portion, good choice of 1 ice cream with the dish makes good experience. Choices of ice creams are good, could add more. When we were there, faluda was out of the menu. One of good faluda with budget we tried earlier. Nice friendly staffs, amazed with timely order and extra care when you with family. My kids loved the place. Prices are still economical. Thanks

My family and I had a great time in your wonderful place. The staff was excellent and very friendly. The atmosphere was wonderful and I definitely liked that you have a very modern style. Most importantly, all the children ate all the food and drank from your menu; they tasted great! The price is acceptable and worth it. We will definitely recommend them to our friends!

One of the best decisions to celebrate my son's first Birthday. Sweet Affairs is by far one of the most professional and accommodable when dealing with such close to heart requests. From the decorations to the staff to the quality + quantity - I would rate everything 10/10. The decorations were on point with such a friendly and helpful caterers. Amanda and Prasad had done a fabulous job 🙂 If you are planning a party for say 30 to 40 people - THIS IS THE PLACE. They make your day so special that you might remember it for years. GREAT JOB guys.... Keep it up! A glimpse of our party

Did my daughter 2nd birthday party. They did an amazing job. Loved all the decoration and every little detail on it..Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was very delicious.. And the price is reasonable. Its a perfect place for your lil one birthday.
