Couldn't believe the many varied shops there were on Swan Walk and so easy to get to with its own car park, or just a short walk through the underpass from Horsham Park. All the big names you would expect & lots of little ones as well. My favourite being The Linen Cupboard.
A gem of a store for crafters, run by such friendly, knowledgeable people. A refreshing change to have a little chat whilst purchasing my ribbons, instead of the usual...that will be X amount, do you want a bag? They are X amount....
At The Linen Cupboard your purchases come in a cute little brown paper bag....no extra charge and no, their prices are not inflated because of this, so glad I found them❤️

I have always liked the shopping centre for Horsham. I come from the town over and unfortunately it's a former shell of its glory days. So popping over to Swan Walk reminds of better times. Well done Horsham for keeping it going and looking after it. The shops located outside the main centre are wonderful and full of options for a bite to eat. Parking is easy and not an unfair cost compared to most. They like most towns get the odd wrong person going through but it's nothing that will ruin the day.
The shopping complex runs the usual shops such as Next, Fatface, Diechmann, Boots and so on but the odd shops stand out well amongst them.

Good, clean shopping centre
We also took our dog as they're trialling dog access. A few odd glances, but a few people also came over to greet him.

A great place to shop. There were a variety of shops from main chains to independent shops. There were plenty of places to eat or get a coffee. In this post Covid world, it was enjoyable to walk around such a selection of shops. There is anointing parking too.

We love this place. There is everything under one roof. We are especially thankful for the disabled facilities. Recently we've been in touch with the centre management to ask them to add something in those to make it even easier to use. We were amazed by the attentiveness of all, especially the centre manager, who made sure this was corrected within a couple of days. Thank you!!

Always clean. Few empty shops. Good choices.
Update 19.11.23 Still very clean and tidy. Fewer empty units. Ever changing.
Update 29.11.24, as prevoous, well maintained. Empty units don't make the place look like a boarded up ghost town, mostly.

First warning. Don't visit this place on a hot summers day! Unless you really like it hot. We were not the only ones struggling and one lady actually passed out. If using the car park and disabled you must register your car to get disabled parking rates.
The centre itself is clean and easy-ish to get around in a wheelchair. It has some slopes that may be difficult. There is a good selection of stores with big names such as Next, H&M and M&S and also small independent companies such as hairdressers, comic shops etc. It's very close to a wide variety of stores in the streets surrounding it.

Nice mall but is short on shops. But Muffin break is great for a nice coffee stop and cake. 👌
