Swallow prepared the floral tributes for my mother’s cremation. The date of the service got changed and because of everything that was going on I forgot to notify the florists. Despite this they liaised with the funeral directors and resolved the situation. The flowers were exactly what we wanted and we are very grateful for their flexibility. Excellent customer service, highly recommended.

Very disappointing. Ordered £35 bouquet for Mother’s Day and it was just a medium size bunch with the cheapest flowers. Had just 1 rose, 1 Gerbera and 1 lily. The rest was made up with cheap looking carnation and chrysanthemums. Cost price these flowers would have been less than a fiver. Felt truly ripped off

The only florist open on a Saturday seemingly in the whole of Essex or at least South Ockendon, Aveley, Grays, and Chadwell St Mary. Living in Kent I had to get to my disabled brother in law living in Essex to order a wreath for his brother's funeral. Thankfully Swallows and the lovely girls there were able to help. SOS yes they saved our souls. Thank you. Plus the the Gates of Heaven wreath was absolutely beautiful and the colours perfect. Thank you again.

A little disappointed to be honest.
Delivery really really quick ordered before 2pm arrived same day 3 hrs later!

Just for the price I paid over £60 I would have hoped for more flowers. I probably could have gone to Tesco and bought 2 large bunches for and saved £30 and still have more flowers.

I appreciate independent florists have overheads etc but still.
Flowers look nice but not for that price. sorry
