Wow - what can I say about Craig at Supersys. Had a couple of laptops the kids used a couple of years ago and found myself needing a Windows10 laptop. Attention to detail was second to none and he identified they were running on windows 7, which is non longer supported, and took the time to convert them to windows 19 laptops, which allowed me to complete the task I had to do with some music files. He was that good that my son has now taken his laptop back to use in his new house!!
