I had a lovely experience in Dovercourt Superdrug yesterday, when a member of staff overheard me talking to a friend when I was looking for a product. The staff member asked if she could help, when she was actually just about to leave her shift and finish for the day! The customer service experience was second to none and thank you for taking the time to help me with my search for the item. Superdrug should be very proud of their 'super' staff. Sadly I did not get the name of this member of staff, but thank you again for your help and going out of your way.

Fantastic store - the best superdrug I've ever been in. The whole team are friendly, helpful and polite. I go here to shop a lot so have become a regular with the staff there. Clean shelves, stock and has a good atmosphere. Brings life and colour to the town! Keep it up, Dovercourt! Management team Karon and Sam are so lovely too, will go that extra mile to help.

The staff are all friendly, however the makeup is always soiled, never the colours advertised, completely shambolic, and dirty. In the staffs defence, I think there is a lot of problems with toddlers running about , and teenagers messing about, but it should be managed better, maybe short if staff.
