Please never choose tis address for delivery. Providing Courier's official data is not good enough for this shop. They didn;t even try to cofirm the order in any other way by surname, passport, trying to enter courier's given code number (that was provided by Parcelly both in email and in text message)
Scanning a barcode is the same as entering numbers. The store runners did not try any laternatives, other cross-validation or attempting to aprove the delivery . Their advice was " get the barcode picture". Which as a buyier of products I have no power to generate barcode pictures when courier provided Alphanumeric code.
I would not recommend using this provider to pick up your deliveries.
I wish I read the reviews beforehand - many complain about not being able to pick up parcels delivered by DPD or other providers.

By far the best shop in Hounslow, the staff is amazing! They handle every parcel you have carefully and securely. Today I had a parcel which I couldn't get myself because I was busy with my work, so I gave my pickup point to this amazing store! The package was big and Naan (The staff member working there) helped me bring it to my house. Just an amazing experience with them, they work until 11pm and still tending care with the customers. By far the best store ever, anything you need, they have it! Check the store for your self!

Worst shop ever, bought milk that was off when I returned it they refused to accept it they said their supplier deliver dairy products early and it stays outside the shop and because hot weather all go off. They refused to refund £1, so they still sell it even though they know its off.

Very bad service. 0 star. I got international parcel from DPD and this store has setting with the dpd driver that don’t deliver any parcel to home and drop here that customer comes here and pickup the parcel that he get commissions on the dpd parcel. And out of 3 box he delivered only 1 box and rest 2 boxes he delivered later so this is very bad experience to me. I request you all guys stop going this rubbish shop.

I send my kids for milk and bread when we run out.
Small selection, but you get all the necessities.
3 stars, as kids been complaining that they don't feel safe going there late alone, as there's a somali guy in a silver Honda Civic (reg EY58HDJ) who is dealing outside this shop almost every night and the owners of this shop probably getting their cut.

Looks like a family run business, they are generally friendly and helpful, prices are quite competitive & choice of goods is very good, compare to other similar shops in the area,so yes if they improve a bit can score even 5 stars soon 😊
