Purchase a 500ml of diet pepsi and the got on train to find out that it was 5 months out of date. It's not the first time this has happened.
I think the food standards should give them a visit.

I've been a regular visitor of this off licence store located in heart of Hounslow.

The store has always sufficient stock of daily essentials like milk, bread, eggs, cleaning products, toiletries, etc. It is one stop shop for everything.

But what really sets this place apart is the exceptional person working there.

Sanjay, the friendly face behind the counter, is an absolute gem of a person. He is not just good; he is generous and incredibly knowledgeable. He is an honest gentleman who knows his stuff.

He is always ready to assist with a smile, and make the shopping experience truly delightful.

very lovely customer service, they always remember what flavored vape I get and have it ready before I even need to say anything! they even make sure to preorder the flavor I like before it runs out. All in all very sweet people working there and always like to chat, would recommend going there.

I've been using Strawberry Local primarily for Evri services, and I couldn't be happier with the experience.
The staff here are remarkably friendly and helpful. Special mention goes to Sanday, who has been exceptional in making sure my shipments are well cared for.

I think prospective purchasers should probably consider shopping elsewhere. Three Strawberry have taken my money (£33) but still not supplied the goods after 4 weeks. No communication from them, they don't answer messages and don't answer their phone. I'm beginning to think of them as third rate con artists.
Follow up. I've changed my mind about them. I finally got through on the phone yesterday. They looked up the order, said they'd see to it that day (which they did), and it arrived, tracked, this morning. Excellent. My conclusion is that they are an honest trading company who may have some difficulty coping with the current order volume and may not have much in the way of systems to flag up out of line situations. I will use them again, now I know how they work.

One of the most horrible and disgusting experience I’ve been unfortunate to have. I run an online business and post my parcels out using evri. This is the nearest evri parcelshop to me and everytime I go the rude guy with the ugly earring is always drunk and is so aggressive and abusive. On many occasions, he has refused to send the parcels saying he can’t be asked or that he’s busy smoking and also has told me to wait while he’s sitting on his phone watching bollywood songs. I’ve been sat waiting like this for half an hour while he just ignores me and imagines he’s Sharukh Khan. I don’t understand why he acts like he’s not getting paid or getting a commission from parcels sent via evri. I have filed a case and reported to evri and hopefully they will remove it from this shop with the nasty staff. Please beware and go somewhere else even if it’s further away.
