Great system! We have been using Storefeeder for about 6 months now and have been really impressed. The system appears well built and stable. It reliably keeps track of stock in and out, updates all our channels and generates courier labels well. The support team are good too and really helpful with getting us setup.

We have now been using Store Feeder for 12 months, and waited before leaving a review to ensure that it is based on overall experience. Initially it took some time to get used to, and there were some challenges, but change is never easy and all new systems take time to impliment and adapt to. We took the approach that one person would essentiually devote their time to learn how to use Store Feeder and they they would setup Store Feeder and then train, advise and throubleshoot with the our other employees on how to use it. As with any back office management software system, its true performance can only be realised if you take time to unput the information you want it it manage and colate, so it was importasnt that we laid down the right foundations. We can now say that Store Feeder has vastly improved the performance of our busines by saving time and streamling our systems. We know that not too long ago, software like this cost hundreds of thousands pounds to buy and impliment, which meant that it was beyond the scope of small to medium sized businessed. Based on our expience of how we used to work, anyone running an on-line business without Store Feeder is equivalent to working in the dark ages. Store Feeder will catapult you into the 21st century and turn your back office management into an athlete. In our expeience it has saved us an abunance of time, which ultimately equals money in staff wages and improved productivity. Would we recommend it? .. Absolutely without any hesitation.

Dissapointing Results - Problematic with overselling!

Well, we gave it a go. This system is very time-consuming and very frustrating and in no way as easy to use as advertised or sold by the representative when we first inquired about the software.

First up Kane, the onboard team member was helpful and probably the best part of this experience as he would guide us through the problematic areas if we encountered any, but phone calls would be a day later, and having to wait for that call or a return email delayed the selling of a product online. The only downside with phone-calls is that Kane would have a very repetitive cough and would create some anxiety due to having bad asthma myself, so, therefore, cutting the phone calls shorter than I wanted due to this problem.

We found that stock was not appearing quickly enough and having to wait longer for it to appear (15-20mins for it to appear as stated) and up to almost 4 hours for items to appear and that's something we cannot afford to do and sit in front of a PC refreshing the system. One item appeared on the system the next day so we missed the chance to sell it in a window that we gain the most success.

Our biggest problem and something that we pointed out to the team in the very beginning was that overselling has been a massive problem with the likes of Channel Grabber and other systems we've used in the past and within a few weeks, we encountered our first oversell. If that item was ordered via the website then we could have explained the situation to the customer (using a 3rd party stock management system etc) but with eBay buyers, negative feedback would be inevitable and we have an impeccable record of almost 78,000 feedback and 100%. So, we purchased the item from another seller in the USA to avoid a negative (as it was a US-exclusive item) and made a huge loss on not only the 2 that had sold that we had in inventory, but the extra oversell. When we asked for an explanation, SF could only point a finger at eBay saying that it was eBay's error and not SF's. So why pay a lot of money for a stock management system to override these potential problems? SF should have picked up on the sales as and when they happened and reduced the stock down, but this did not happen due to the timing delays between systems, which we worked out was a good 5-10 mins.

It's not as easy to use as they say it is. And here's why. The main problem we had was pulling stock inventory over from our website provider, EKM Powershop, and according to SF, EKM is a "clunky to use" website system. SF would pull all of the information across apart from the following criteria that we had to do manually and upload via a separate spreadsheet. Extra work that we did not expect to do. Description, Brand, and Images - some of the most important data would need to be uploaded by ourselves so that we could push this stock to eBay. But you have to remember to "create a product" first too before uploading

Dropping the review to one star. We are now finding stock that was uploaded to SF by its onboarding team member, with zero amounts even though the master data spreadsheet had the correct figures. Before we pulled the plug we downloaded the SF data.

Seriously bug ridden, and would recommended not to use if you have over 500 Skus.

One of the things i love , is the ability to talk to the help team. and not just get * the answer" , but also the support .
Invaluable, for any business.
Cheap ? nope, its not cheap , but it is value for money, and any serious business should always look for value for money.

We recently moved from another provider due to constant outage and bugs within their systems and constantly having to double check everything we did with them. So far in we are extremley pleased with the storefeeder system, everything seems so easy, effortless and well thought out, the only one thing so far we have found is that there isn't a customer watch feature which I think is currently being considered. The only one problem for us was the time it took to change over with 2000skus on a multiple of platforms, however I appreciate it is different for each business. Be prepared to be patient (which I don't have!) if it takes a little longer than scheleded. I can honestly say it will be worth the wait in the long run.

Hi, this is a great piece of software if you are on eBay alone or have multiple channels such as an eBay account, Amazon and a Webstore (Magento) for example. This is just the job for you. for the price you pay it is also very good value as some want 10-13K a year (such as eSellerPro and ChannelAdvisor) but some business budgets cant quite reach to that. Compared to some cheap and nasty ones this is the best out the bunch for medium size businesses we currently do 600 parcels a week or so and 550 products (3000K SKU's). compared to LinnWorks, ChannelGrabber and a few more this is the best I have used, support is great and they actually help you a bit slow but at least they resolve the issue for you in the end.

Thanks, Sam
