Excellent place to send parcels back with Hermes. The staff was very professional and extremely helpful. It’s not local to me but I’ll definitely be using this store more often . The store was fully stocked with lots of various products too . I was made feel very welcome and the guy was very helpful .

Really polite and helpful, I have sent parcels with Hermes whi are impossible to speak to and the shop keeper was really helpful. Clean shop and keeping safe during covid.

We used the Hermes drop off service at this shop to send a gift to a relative on 13th December 2020. The item was removed from its box and replaced with a packet of Jaffa Cakes and sealed with different sellotape. I can only share the facts in the hope that it may help to stop this happening to someone else. Needless to say we won't be using or recommending this drop off service again.
