Two young guys that work there make my experience so uncomfortable every time I try to post my parcels. The one that is there most of the evenings is the worst (I think his name is Laran). He asked me once to collect my receipt behind his counter… He won’t reply to my and my husband’s hello, does not answer any questions, throws stuff around with anger and gives us evil looks. My husband always asks him if he’s well just to get no response. This guy should be fired as he has no idea about customer service. We are fed up with being so disrespected. If that does not end we will take the case to the chain.

This is the new local shop. It generally has everything you need. And staff always happy to help find items. Or restock them if shelves are empty. Always been polite and has a smile when serving.

Service was horrible. The attendant was rude and sad to deal with. I understand everyone has a bad day but no need to take down others mood because you can’t be polite. Shame as the location and services offered are helpful. Could do with some basic customer service training.

Excellent Service when buying wines as a gift. The gentleman running this shop was very knowledgeable on the wines, I asked lots of questions and was happy with my purchases. He helped with gift wrapping too.

I am so lucky to say this is my local shop! It is always really well stocked and full of things you wouldn't expect to get in such a small shop. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. I make a point of buying things on a daily basis to help support it as I would really miss it if it wasn't there! Great job guys.....see you later! 😉

Excellent customer service and a great shop! For myself the experience today was so nice, they went above and beyond to help me with my electric as I was having trouble getting some and they was so kind. Really appreciated it! I highly recommend people use this shop! Thank you

Perfect little local shop! I love how I can always find delicious things that you can’t find in chain shops, at a very reasonable price, especially for the centre Guildford location.
The staff are also always so welcoming and lovely to talk to.
