I recently purchased an iPhone 14 pro max (excellent condition) on Back Market selling for Stock Must Go Ltd and I was surprised how quickly it was delivered (less than 48 hours!). I was sceptical after reading about some bad experiences that some customers had with them but, despite that, I ordered it and I was surprised by the condition of the phone. It’s brand new, battery on 85% (which is not too bad), screen and body perfect (except for a minor scratch on the top right of the phone - which is barely visible). I would recommend this company!

Great place to buy refurbished tech, if your into the environment, like me.

I purchased a refurbished Microsoft Surface (as in need a windows based system to do certain things) on the Tuesday afternoon and it arrived within 24 hours.

Listing didn't say there was a keyboard and pen so was thinking I'd have to purchase separately but was pleasantly surprised when it arrived with both.

Absolutely terrible company. I ordered a iPhone 15 pro through Amazon using stock must go. The phone arrived and it was fine however I no longer wanted it so I decided to return it. They supplied a return label and told me where to post the item from, long story short someone from Royal Mail (or could have been someone from stock must go) stole the iPhone 15 pro from the packaging and when it arrived to them it was just an empty box. I contacted them straight away to try and work out what’s happened and they wanted nothing to do with it and said I’m not entitled to a refund because I didn’t have proof the item was in the box when I posted it? Even though I had a proof of postage receipt. I rang up the company and the woman on the phone was incredibly rude and kept implying that I still had the phone and she thought I was trying to get a refund and keep the phone (I’m not stupid enough to think this would even work) she kept saying”I highly suggest you send us the phone because until then your not getting a refund” bearing in mind I had sent the phone using the postage label they supplied over a week ago. DO NOT DO RETURNS TO THIS COMPANY AS YOU WONT GET YOUR MONEY BACK IF IT GETS LOST. AVOUD THIS COMPANY THEIR A BUNCH OF HIGHLY RUDE SCAMMERS AND DONT KNOW HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE JUST SPENT NEARLY £1000 ON AND ITEM FROM THERE COMPANY. thankfully amazon have refunded me my money and there now working with the company to try and settle this. Honestly whatever you do avoid this company..

Asked them to deliver a chair on a Saturday any Saturday they gave me a choice it cost me an extra £9.99. They then tried delivering it on Monday then Tuesday and when I called they were rude and said they can't deliver it on Saturday. Got my money back but not the £9.99 Saturday delivery charge. Bunch of con artists I'm thinking 🤔

MUST BE USING INFERIOR CHEAP REPLACEMENT PARTS FOR REFURBISHMENT

Firstly, to point out the phone came on time with no issues, aside from some scratches on the front of the case/frame but i wasn’t bothered about that with it being a refurbished product.

The issue with the phone and company came after I dropped the phone this morning, 3 weeks since purchase. I know I dropped it, but this was from about 50cm onto a thick carpet, surely that should not stop the screen working at the top. It was in a case with a screen protector, no damage to the phone aside from the LCD screen.

I know I dropped it and they are not liable for that but it is fair to expect that it may withstand a small fall onto carpet. I called the company it came from (TSE Consumer Solutions LTD/Stock Must Go Ltd, they would not entertain fixing the phone, no offer was made, very bluntly with attitude and glee told nothing they can do, no “good will their” at all.

Shocking short-sighted customer service

My only thought from this is they use cheap nasty parts which is why I would not only not recommend the company, but I would and will positively dissuade anyone form buying from them.

Do not trust this company with your money.
Customer service is appalling and they're not willing to work with you to sort out any issues-which I'm pretty sure is their job role. I've seen various reviews but personally wouldn't ever use this company again. The 1 star reviews on here are spot on…

Absolutely hopeless. Stock Must Go are an ‘authorised’ reseller on BackMarket and I have had two phones sent out to me that do not meet the standards expected. The first had a 6cm long, deep scratch on the screen so was returned - the replacement that they sent me had a ‘significantly degraded’ battery. Hopeless, complete waste of my time. Look elsewhere, anywhere else, for your tech needs. 0 stars.

Ordered a *pristine* refurbished laptop that arrived quickly and was indeed, pristine. Unfortunately it was faulty (software) so returned. Not an issue and replacement was received a few days later.

Replacement was absolutely not pristine (Missing feet, Scuffed keyboard, Stuck pixels)
So once again, contacted and asked for confirmation of a pristine laptop being sent. Told to return or a full refund.

Merry Christmas, hopefully Santa and his elves aren't as bad at delivering gifts as these lot are.
