I traveled all the way from Central Europe to try out the legendary Stif Squatch—a cutting-edge hardtail with pure UK heritage stamped all over it. The team helped me set it up, and off I went to the Forest of Dean. What a day! The Squatch absolutely crushed it—super capable on the downhills, and thanks to the steep seat angle, even the gnarly climbs felt like a breeze.

Now, the only challenge left? Convincing my wife to sneak it under the Christmas tree! 😎

I don't live close enough to visit one of the stores but I've found it's my "go to" website when I want or need to buy something bike related. The service is brilliant, the choice of brands are top quality no crap allowed and when I have phoned up they are always really friendly even when you ask newbie stupid questions. I shall keep buying from stif until they run out of things for me to buy. It might be my phone but sometimes the website can be abit glitchy but be patient as it's worth it.

This bike shop deserve to be shown and given recognition. I have never had an LBS that actually was happy to let me visit as many time and each time with more questions and being annoying but every time, they were very friendly, happy to advise on the best for the person and not on the wallet size. They are awesome, well stocked, beautiful bikes and very clean. Covid precautions are taken seriously, Temperature check on entry, hand gel before you touch anything and the mask. They deserve recognition. A very happy future owner and even happier that i know, i can go to them for everything bike related. Sorry for the quality of the pics, i spent money on a bike instead of the top phones, it will do for 5 years.

Very friendly staff, and were kind enough to do a free of charge repair on my road bike after I'd come off and damaged the rear hangar.

This happened on a busy Saturday, and was on a type of bike that they don't even specialise in. Thank you for saving the day 😅

I pre ordered a Santa Cruz 5010 and had calls from helpful staff whilst waiting to update me on how things were going. Once it arrived in stock with Stif they invisiframed for me and sent out 24hr delivery. Bike turned up in a well packed new box with all the correct parts/books/manuals in a nice stif folder along with a helpful guide to get started. Once assembled I checked over the bike and all was torqued correctly.

Very happy indeed with the product and service Stif cycles have provided. Well done chaps. Especially the person that fitted the invisiframe! How did you get every line straight?!

I buy a new bike every year to add to my collection and will be using them again due to the experience i've had. Cannot recommend enough.

Absolutely amazing service from all the guys at Stif! Did a great job getting out a sheared shock bolt, as well as dealing with shock and fork servicing. Everyone there is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and I'm glad I chose them to sort the issues as they're very customer focused. I wouldn't think to go anywhere else now - keep it up!!
