Wide range of products from kitchen utensils and electrical down to DIY sundries, screws, nails etc. This store also has many products that would class as gifts and it is also the local Post Office. Prices are reasonable and staff friendly and helpful. A very handy store that has saved me many trips out of town.

brilliant shop has been completely turned around with astounding progress! so proud of all of the ladies who are giving out Christmas presents to those in the town who need them the most! they are smiley happy and are always willing to chat and make your day better! they handle difficult customers with incredible patience as everyone is trying there best in the hard times ! lovely environment and ladies 100% recommend popping in for a chat and a browse round the shop for some last minute pressies ?

What a lovely local shop this is. Each time I visit I am met with nothing but kindness, laughter and the occasional witty banter! Everybody needs a friendly face and you will be sure to find one here! Not to mention all of the useful bits and pieces that you never know you need, until you need them!!

Have used Stephens Camelford on more than a few occasions... The first bad item I came across was Stephens Hardware brilliant white own brand gloss (the liquid nd non drip) turns yellow in colour!! I bought 6 tins at a cost of approx £30.00. Not only is my new sanded nd painted bedroom furniture wrecked... My hallway paintwork is also yellow nd ruined. I then went to buy a mop nd bucket... I went in for a galvanised one nd ended up getting talked into buying a plastic one... When I tried to return as it was not sturdy enough for the job it was needed for, I was refused my money back. Was told my only option is a credit note. Absolutely disgusted with not only the staff lack of customer service but also with the shabby products that are sold for a astronomical price. Said mop nd bucket cost £20.48!!
