5 star quality ring/customer service, which I cannot fault. I had requested if the ring could be made so I received it before the 15th February (my husband's birthday). I received a call to say that the ring would be sent out earlier - very impressed and grateful for.

The fit of the ring was also spot on - considering my husband has a shattered knuckle ! We didn't even have to visit the store for measurements - everything was done on line.

My husband has bought from Stephen Einhorn before, so is aware of the quality and skill that goes into making each item. I can definitely recommend Stephen Einhorn.

I’ve been a customer of SE for many years (both ready to wear and custom items) and they have never failed to impress with both the quality of their workmanship and exceptional level of service.

One of my first items was a bespoke design for a jade pendant which I obtained when travelling in NZ.

More recently I foolishly introduced my wife to SE and ever since she has been enjoying a steadily growing collection of SE’s Skull jewellery and charms.

I enjoy supporting a British company that makes everything they design and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I bought a silver cross with necklace online. I was impressed by the description and the look but when it arrived i was blown away. Not only did it look even better, the quality of craftsmanship and detail is clear.

To top it off, the thank you note and the packaging made it the perfect experience.
I'm sure i'll be buying more pieces from them and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

I purchased the adjustable woven leather bracelet for my husband for his birthday. He loves it! It looks great on him. It is beautifully made and has the added advantage of being custom engraved. The customer service is fantastic as Lorenzo kept me informed of the progress of my bracelet, and let me know exactly when it would be delivered. I highly recommend this company.

An important message to all would be jewellery purchasers... I have been a customer of Stephen Einhorn's for nearly 20 years. Why do i keep going back?... because the quality of the jewellery is excellent, the range of designs and new developments means there is always something enticing to choose from and the customer service is absolutely first class. My wife and I ordered two rings to commemorate our 10th wedding anniversary... Opening the boxes just took our breath away. The rings are perfect and we couldn’t be happier with them. The whole process was really enjoyable from start to finish.
