Lovely material and dressmaking shop in South Molton. Huge range of very attractive material for all sorts of needlework plus loads of threads, needles and other sundries. Particular emphasis on patchwork with in house courses and teaching area. Highly recommended and well worth a visit.

An absolute gem Aladdin's cave of a shop with fantastic helpful friendly owners for whom nothing is too much trouble. The go to place for your festive and seasonal sewing. Beautiful fabrics and plenty of advice to help you complete any project, all year round. I cannot recommend this shop and the very hard working Julia, Emily, et al highly enough, ably abetted by Molly the cute border terrier! Check out their online shop.

Passion for all things patchwork. With everything you could need (or just want) on hand to buy, classes are always fun and informative. Enhanced by a smile from Julia and Emily, a waggy tail and lick from Molly ...and did I mention the yummy home baked cake!!!

I visited this shop yesterday on my way through North Devon, pleased to think I could support a local, family run business. As a novice quilter I was looking for some friendly help and advice. Unfortunately this was not on offer, only brusque indifference. The assistant had a real attitude problem. On reflection I wish I'd walked out and shopped online. Not recommended. Certainly I will not be returning.
