I ordered an item online to be delivered to Canada but due to the Canada Post strike there were significant delays. I was unsure of the status of my package after a months time and whether or not it had even arrived in Canada (from the UK) so I reached out to customer service to inquire.
From there, I was sent regular updates from the customer service team via email on the whereabouts of my package throughout the entire process. I really appreciated the constant communication and their willingness to look into this matter when they easily could have brushed it off and told me to simply wait and monitor the tracking number.

In reply to the comment given by Starlinks, I have been in communication with the supplier who have informed me of the issues they've had with their communications with your company ergo this crap shoot taking over a month already.
Apparently you have informed my supplier that you have LOST my package!
How your company has managed this is astounding.
It's odd that a $10 doona cover makes it to me but thousands of dollars worth of Atelier Saint Germain Handbags just up and vanish in thin air
It seems I'm not the only one to have this issue...that's a bit odd imo
I sincerely hope my supplier has a good hard look into their contract with your company
If, IF you somehow manage to resolve this I will amend my review to show as much

I could not be more disgusted with their "service" and it frustrates me to give even a 1 star rating just to be able to review.
Scanned my package as received on 26/11/2024 then scanned as in transit on 29/11/2024 with a delivery date of 9/12/2024 at the latest.
Well it has sat there ever since, no movement whatsoever and no way to contact to chase my package up.
I have never ever had a problem or an experience like this with any other reputable company I've used over the years!!

I had a terrible experience with this shipping company. They provided me with a tracking number, but I never received the items I ordered. I’ve been trying to contact them for days via phone, but I cannot get through. It’s incredibly frustrating to be stuck with no way to resolve the issue, especially when you feel scammed.

I would highly recommend staying away from this company – they are unresponsive and unreliable. There are plenty of other shipping companies out there that actually deliver. Don’t make the mistake I did!

Terrible service, never received a delivered email. Only email I got was the tracking information which only told me it had been given to carrier, when my package finally got delivered after a month it was left outside right next to my bin where anyone could of taken it, box was damaged on the inside luckily it was nothing breakable, but something that should had been handled with better care!

The worst! I don't know why big companies use this carrier, every time when my order is being delivered by them it takes forever, then they lie that there was delivery attempt, when it wasn't. Just try to avoid if possible
