The signage for the car park (Free parking for only 2 hours before you receive a large fine) are pathetic and totally unnoticeable. I have been visiting these shops for a number of years and I have never noticed the 2 hour limit. The signs do not do the job of warning visitors and encouraging them to keep their shopping visit to under 2 hours. And the result will be lots of visitors being charge when they have not done anything intentionally wrong. The shops on this retail park should not allow this to continue anymore and should ensure their customer (with massive clear signage) are made unaware of the 2 hour parking limit.

Not the best but not a bad retail park for small town. All u need is there. My best is Hobby Craft n Home Sense. Big free parking area. Bus stop is just there. Sad thing there’s no public toilets. Easy to walk around. Latest addition in this retail park is Lidl & Home Bargain which are a year old now.

The £60 parking fine I received is literally a joke. I went 10 mins over the 2h30m limit and received the fine letter in the post. Although I shopped and purchased from multiple shops there and had to use toilet. This parking company is causing people too much inconvenience.

I am going to write to the local councillors and the MP to stop this parking company from ripping people off

Signage of road markings could be improved. Some drivers show uncertainty, could lead to potential hazards. On several occasions have seen a build up.of unnecessary traffic.
But overall great variety of shops... from food to arts n crafts to car supplies

I haven't been to all the stores but there seems quite a good mix.
I do use Lidl and Starbucks a lot, the latter probably too much!
2.5 hours free parking too, which is more than enough for me.

With a Halfords, Homesense, Curry's, Hobbycraft, Bensons For Beds and a Wren kitchen showroom, the St John's Retail Park is the place to go for maintaining your vehicles and making a house a home. ? ?

Well stocked Halfords and lots of parking. The traffic is very bad on Rope walk at the moment because Cardington Road is closed.

Lots of things to do here, there's even Costa and Starbucks and you are allowed only 2.5 hours of stay, so you are forced to chose where to go and what to skip and you always have to pay attention to your watch, which is not my best scenario to have a nice cup of hot beverage and shopping! Unfortunately, the businesses suffer from this too!
