So disappointed. Just gone to take 2 bin bags full of very nice quality donations to this shop, just to be turned away as its Saturday. I work mon to fri and every Saturday morning so only have Saturday afternoons to make a drop off.
Apparently they are "full". Surely other branches could have put these to good use? Not impressed at all. So much for trying to do to a good deed!!!

This shop has had a nice restyle and now appears to be marketing itself as a boutique charity shop, unfortunately it has prices to match that aspiration. I have been shopping at this store for many years and prices have always been high when compared to other branches in Suffolk but now they appear to be astronomical. There seems to be a pricing policy which contradicts the current economic situation that most of the public are experiencing right now. Whilst I appreciate that charities have to make as much money as possible, I, for one, can no longer afford to visit this shop. There was a used tshirt for sale in the shop for £15. The exact tshirt is available on eBay for £7 and on Vinted for £5, furthermore it was only £12.99 when new. This is just one example of their misguided pricing policy. I would add that the shop staff are very nice as odd from the manager who I have always found to be frosty and generally very rude.

It's very expensive for a 'charity' shop. It looks like a fancy boutique. Whatever happened to normal charity shops? It's pure greed. You can buy NEW for less! I will not be revisiting this charity shop.

We were treated with the greatest respect we talked to a
nurse specialist at length who explained everything we needed to know
. After which we had lunch in the cafe a hot meal of Cottage pie and roast vegetables, which was excellent.
