My friends charger isn’t working and I wasn’t sure if it was the plug or usb cable so I popped into Curry’s

I explained the situation to the sales rep and asked if I could try a plug and a cable but he said I couldn’t as the seal would be broken.

I asked if I bought the items and then found I didn’t need one of the items could I get a refund and he told me I wouldn’t be able to get a refund.

I went over to Argos and bought a plug and cable, the very helpful girl behind the counter used my cable and the new plug to see if they charged the phone and as it worked she immediately gave me a refund for the cable I’d bought.

Very helpful young lady who knows how to give excellent customer service.

Absolute disgrace of a place! My partner went in to collect our order and was told there was an amount outstanding on the order that needed paying by Wikum the server, so duly paid it. That was infact a LIE and she'd just been 'sold' the insurance warranty I opted out of when purchasing online!! This is completely FRAUDULENT and ILLEGAL to mis-sell incurance in this way by saying it is an outstanding amount on the order!!! I've been trying to ring all morning and no one picks up the phone!!! They have until the end of the day to get back to me otherwise I'll be taking this a lot further!!!

I had a deeply unpleasant experience returning items to the Argos, was served by a very rude Asian (Chinese if I believe) lady. The staff member who assisted me was exceptionally rude and displayed a level of suspicion that was frankly insulting. She subjected each returned item to an excessive and seemingly accusatory inspection, despite the fact they were all packed and collected from an Argos pick-up point. I felt unfairly accused of theft and left feeling extremely frustrated and disrespected.

The worse ive ever encountered, wjat ever you do stay away from these guys.. if any issues they will not refund or replace anything even the consumer act gives you 28 days.. customer service says you need to speak with store, store says speak customer service.. the manager there tiffany just useless and rude! Will be escalating it further, they cannot get away with this!

Honestly the negative reviews are true.. the worse experience ever had shopping.. completely feel like robbed.. they wouldnt return an item thats a few hours old.. didn’t even ask for refund, just for upgrade of same item so more money their way!! Tiffayny manager is just plain rude.. who employs these rookies god knows!

The bad reviews are more then accurate.. really avoid shopping here at all costs.. to be honest avoid argos overall.. customer service unprofessional, and tell you its store discretion, manager tiffany talks to you like youre a nobody and not the customer! Just appalled at what I’ve experienced.. just go to reputable stores with professional staff.. avoid Argos at all costs!

Amazing and Convenient Sub-Section of a Larger Sainsburys to pick up items, many top rated products are available right away, best of all being one of the only places in London actually restocking their Steam Gift Cards. It also has a convenient Bus Stop next to it which offers a graceful exit for those who don't have a car available.

Very helpful staff twice helped me with a large heavy boxed chair on collection and on returning Only reason not 5 is due partly to large Argos/Habitat price and then price drop just before and after Christmas .
