Liked: Lovely quiet site, staff were very welcoming and helpful, everything nice and clean and well maintained, shower block clean and modern. Fantastically placed, beautiful views. Food was really nice. We had a lovely time

Disliked: No food or bar until 6pm, could have done with a little music out on the terrace of the club house, the walkway down to the beach has collapsed and this wasn’t communicated or removed from the map we were given so wasted time trying to find it to discover you have to drive to the neighbouring site. None of the dislikes were deal breakers, we had a really lively time and will definitely return.

Liked: Absolutely lovely site. Great size pitches, dog field area, clean toilets and amazing facilities. We didn't go into the games room but it looked brilliant. The pool booking was easy, the bar and restaurant were brilliant and really dog friendly. The site itself seemed like a little community, which we felt accepted into. The staff were all really nice, helpful and really knowledgeable. Sarah however really stood out as very good at her job and couldn't do enough for you.

The locatoon and site is ideal for a quiet break. We stayed in a 2 bed rio gold caravan and were extremely pleased with it, especially value for money over one week in the Easter break. ||It was very clean and nicely decorated with a fresh look. The site was peaceful. There was a decently sized play park for my 9 year old. The swimming pool was also well kept and we tended to book a swimming slot on the morning we planned to go. The staff were friendly and the site was conveniently located with the beautiful Waterfall just a short drive away. Note that it is no longer possible to use the steps down to the beach/ waterfall but it is about a 9 minute drive and the experience makes for a nice day out. ||We also took a coastal drive to Devon for the day where we visited Glen Lyn Gorge, the Valley of Rocks and Watermouth Castle. There are plenty of other local attractions for those who do not want to venture as far out.||There is a great on site games room with plenty to do and evening entertainment. We can't comment on this however as due to my son being autistic, it is difficult for us to attend what he perceives to be overstimulating environments. The programme looked decent enough though with Cabaret nights, family games on the green, quizzes etc.||We brought everything we needed with us so only used the shop for an occasional can of pop on our way through. I will say though that it literally only has what you need, so I wouldn't rely on it to do a "full shop". But, great for things like milk, some rashers of bacon, toilet paper etc.||It is a quiet and family friendly holiday park. We had a very pleasent stay, would love to return in the future and will definitely recommend it to family and friends.

Liked: View from the bar. Good pitches. Clean facilities. Laid back.

Disliked: Unable to access any footpaths from the site. When it says no access to the beach this means no access to the coastal path. I know this is not the fault of the site as the path eroded. Closest access to coastal path is from the campsite next door which you have to drive 10 mins to, and pay to park, but is only meters from the site along the coast path. There is no access by foot to this path even though the sites are right next door to each other and you can see it. A real shame there is no cooperation between the sites for the benefit of the campers. The showers have no power at all, you have to virtually stand against the wall to get wet. Nice and warm though.

Liked: Great pitch, lovely lady on reception couldn’t have been more helpful. She let us stay a bit later than the exit time which was lovely of her too. (Thankyou if you read this!)
Great view from the bar and outside seating area.
I genuinely don’t understand the bad reviews, I’d highly recommend and I would return. Stayed/travelled in a campervan.

Disliked: Absolutely nothing.

Liked: Level pitches
Good children’s play area
Clean swimming pool and changing rooms
Well maintained shower/toilet block
Brilliant views

Disliked: Disappointed you can’t access the beach area without driving out to an alternative site (and paying for parking) - would have appreciated this being more obvious when booking. (Map on arrival still indicates path to beach but has been closed for over 12 months!)
Would have been great if you could access more in the way of hot/cold drinks even in off season.

Liked: Great site, friendly staff, great club and very nice food. Views were great overlooking the bay and if you look carefully you will see the waterfall on beach…..free heated swimming pool, snooker room, ball room currently being refurbished, basic shop on site,
Will definately return 🌟🌟

Disliked: Sadly there is a very long winding narrow driveway to the site which is all downhill…. No problem until you want to go for a walk because it would be a very long walk back up the hill….. and there is no beach access from site so you have to drive aprox about 1 1/2 miles to home farm site and use their access path to the beach and it will cost you £4 to park the car for day. However there are plans in place to build new access to beach early next year 👍

Liked: Very clean, heated toilets and shower rooms. Not many pitches so we where spaced out well from other campers. Swimming pool if wished to use however we didn't so can't really comment on this. Out the way of towns which was nice and peaceful

Disliked: Food very expensive for what you get £15 for a microwave curry. Footpath down to the beach closed so we didn't get to see the waterfall before the sea came in. No entertainment apart from certain nights in the week. Very steep to get down too and not many people liked to give way when in a smaller vehicle which made it hard for us to reverse on a hill
