It was my dad in laws funeral and we can honestly say the service my family received was absolutely outstanding. Not just being available every possible second you needed anything but reassurance and sensitivity was beyond anything you would expect. Small touches like Merv wearing a tartan tie and pin aswell as the way he helped my mum in law made such a difference. The little details but such respect was so heartwarming. 100% recommend and if we could 50 stars we would. Thank you 💙🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

We lost my dad on the 8th of December 2024. I went to a local funeral director and she was absolutely awful to me .so I was recommended to use this service and what a lovely guy Lee was from Halifax springhead . He did everything for us. I have never lost someone this close and I have never had to arrange anything like this he helped us every step of the way so if you have a close relative who you want to get looked after the best place is springhead funeral service thank you to to lee yours nicola sanderson .

It almost doesn't feel right writing a review at a time full of so much sadness. But, if I can bring confidence to you in your lowest time know that choosing a funeral with Springhead is most certainly the right thing to do. From start to finish the team looked after my family and I. I was guided through initial processes (most if which I had no idea even existed) and someone was always on hand to answer any questions I had. The team did a stupendous job in preparing my loved ones so I could say goodbye that one last time, a very personal thing that you got absolutely perfect. Huge commendations go to your team for making this tragic life event one I can look back on with peace and contentment.

At a very sad time, when my emotions were all over the place and I had to arrange the funeral for my husband, Springhead Funeral Services and especially Nigel were very supportive, caring and professional in all aspects. Nothing was too much trouble.
After explaining everything through laughter and tears (on my part), I came away knowing my husband would have the very best send off. I was also put in contact with the wonderful celebrant Sarah, who told my husbands life story just as he intended it to be.
I cannot recommend Springhead enough. An absolutely brilliant service from start to finish.

We recently used Springhead Funeral Service (Keighley) to organise my mums funeral. From start to finish Merv was brilliant! All of the companies can do the big things but it is the smaller things that really made our treatment special. We have been unfortunate to lose both of our dads in the space of a few months. When my dad passed away at the end of last year I wanted a local family business to handle his funeral as it's what he would have wanted and I found Springhead whom we had never dealt with before. Gillian and Lee were incredible as were the whole team and dad got an amazing yet respectful send off.
When my father in law passed away only a few weeks ago, my wife Nic wanted no one else to handle his funeral and once again Springhead and in particular Gillian, were amazing. Their care, compassion and attention to detail sets them apart and our family will be forever indebted to them.
If you want the VERY BEST for a loved one, don't look anywhere else

Lee and ALL the staff at Springhead funeral services provide such excellent care to all.
You do not feel it is just a job to them , they are most helpful and supportive at such a difficult time. It is a relief knowing you have their amazing support and genuine care in helping to provide the funeral you want for your loved one.
We would not consider going anywhere else . Caring ,professional service always provided.
