I needed to return a couple of items before my trip back to India. I arrived at the store at 17:54 and heard one of the staff mention, "I thought we were going home at 6." The store was set to close at 18:00. I’m sure he went home right at 6, as Matt helped me with my return, and I was out by 17:58. They have some genuinely fantastic products, and I am very satisfied with everything I purchased from Sportsbikeshop Bristol. Not to forget they do a price match as well & the staff is Brilliant.

It’s the people that make the place and SBS have friendly, helpful staff offering great advice on getting the correct fitting gear. Plus, great variety of moto clothing/accessories available. Is definitely my first port of call as/when I need stuff!

Fantastic service today from the Bristol team. We were there for ages (and so we're a few others) but they never faltered. They had a good amount of stuff on thr shop floor and more out back.

Went to the Bristol store today. Husband was looking for a helmet and gloves. He had an idea of what he was looking for but staff were really friendly, helpful and really informative without him feeling pressured to buy certain products or certain brands. Our son had a really good time there too and the staff interacted with him so nicely as well. Safe to say my husband left with a helmet, gloves and boots and this will most definitely be our go to place for all his biking needs!

What can I say? My wife and I drove over 2hrs to the Bristol store to buy the last bits of her safety kit we needed. We were instantly welcomed as we entered the shop, and then allowed to browse freely without feeling pressured. The store had a few less items on the shelves than I expected for some reason but there was still plenty of choice. We browsed for a while and had a few nice interactions with the staff joking and having fun but staying professional all the time.
We sought help from Fabrizio and he helped us narrow down our choices, get the right sizes and made sure everything we wanted was within our budget.

Over all a great experience. And would return even just for the customer experience.

When I went into the shop, I didn't know much about helmets, I am half deaf and wear a hearing aid and glasses, and the lad that helped me really did help me really took my needs in order to find the right helmet I needed and in budget. Great looking first time helmet for me !

Overall I am very pleased with everything. Also when i walked in, I was greated with smiles and hellos and but of banter. It was great experience.

Got my helmet, next day delivered. Opened it and loved it even more. Now I really want to get my cbt quicker. And get on the road.
