I was just 3 minutes late for my appointment of 1 hour and was turned away, presumably because it was a Friday and the optician wanted to get home. I had to re book, and on return the appointment was completed in 35 minutes, so there was no reason to have been sent away the first time.

The optician Refused to do an eye test on my 4 year old son because he is autistic even though it was stated on the booking form. The most disgusting and discriminatory treatment, from an optician who wouldn’t even give the time of day. 1 stars is too generous, I will be seeking legal advice.

Very poor service again, the staff don't seem to have time for the customers. I only go as I need replacement batteries for my hearing aids. I was offered fewer replacements as they only had a few packs at the desk. It is no wonder I use a different optician for my eye care, if I could get my hearing aid batteries elsewhere, I certainly would.
