Just picked up glasses this afternoon. Outstanding professional customer service from Joanna and her colleague was very good too. Vision abit blurry right now but they both reassured me it should settle and if not there are other options. Keep it up and see you in a couple of weeks!

Beginning of January I was in Hounslow Specsavers pick up my glasses I was served by JOANNA I also had a question about my contact lenses the lady called her colleague Jay Patel he saw me and help straight away.I'm coming for few years but those two extremely helpful and served with passion!!! I recently visited Specsavers for a routine eye test, and the experience was very good. The staff conducted the test professionally, and the service was impressive, just like my previous visit. The price for the eye test is reasonable at £25, and I would recommend them for eye tests.

However, on the downside, I found the prices for glasses to be quite expensive.

Absolutely fantastic service and such understanding staff. over from Spain for a couple of weeks.They were fully understanding of our circumstances of needing the glasses quickly. Brexit basically make in it very difficult to have products sent over . We phoned one day earlier than the expected pick up day and glasses were there waiting for us. Can’t recommend highly enough thank you jason and Tracey Henderson.

The Sepacsavers at Hounslow is a great place for visiting for eye checks. They are quite reasonable and technically sound. Staff is great and polite and ensure that you are attended and welcomed. The tests are easy and simple & the specialists explain the process and results.
