When I found I needed hearing aids due to my age, naturally I was a little saddened. However Natalie the audiologist was clear, warm and reassuring in her explanations and advice and soon got me set up with a fantastic pair of hearing aids that I can use with Bluetooth and adjust to circumstances with a convenient app. She has made a real difference to me. I had no idea how much I was missing and the hearing aids are modern and easy to use for a much better price than other suppliers locally.
The other app I have needed to download was a birdsong identification app as I can now hear so many birds!

I have been using this Spec Savers for more than 10 years and appointments are usually available with a week and the staff are generally very good and attentive...I haven't come across one who is unfriendly or incompetent.

However, I just want to specifically highlight one member, Pawan who truly is an amazing optician. He is very thorough, explains everything in as much detail as you need and has a fantastic outgoing and friendly demeanour quickly setting you at ease and actually making the eye appointment enjoyable.

He really does make the difference when you have about three choices of shops all literally within spitting distance.

From booking my appointment online to arriving at store to be met by a friendly member of staff who told me where to wait ( which was just a short time ) to my eye scan and test and receiving my glasses , everything went smoothly and efficiently .

I visited Specsavers in Epping for my yearly eye test. There is a history of glaucoma in my family so a yearly test is recommended. The staff are very pleasant and friendly and the optician knowledgable . He was able to answer all my questions and I left feeling reassured about my eye conditions. I will be returning to look at new lenses and discuss contact lenses.
I have used this store for many years now snd am very satisfied with the service provided. .

Staff are decent and friendly and optician clearly explained the process etc. Glasses are massively overpriced compared to how much they cost to make and given that they're a medical device (but this is true of ALL opticians as far as I'm aware).

Based on my experience, I can recommend them (no issues with appointments or collecting glasses etc for me so far, which I see some other reviewers unfortunately had).

The staff are exceptional. So helpful and friendly. They go out of their way to make the experience a good one. They take time to listen and their advice is considered and correct. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my eye care. (NB My dog doesn't need glasses, she just comes along for the pats!)
