The Staff in there are so thick it’s untrue I went in twice to pay bills all they said was the machine was broke load of rubbish couldn’t work the machine more like I’m surprised anyone goes in an absolute joke of a place a bit of staff training might help 👎

I will never go again after now in last 15 mins the blond haired women was that bad it but me off sorry im all about customer service but she was bad i wish i got her name. I ask asked for four carlsburg and rudely and thats a understatement said nexts.. i tried to a time when i could get a service i asked for she replyed nexts not going again and blonded haired wonen think twice and repected who is at the window we are not all bad

Great shop as a corner shop for essential items when you can't get to supermarket. Staff are friendly and helpful but don't stock every thing u need and can be a little expensive. .. OK for nipping in for wine or bread or milk .... be better if they stocked more items

Can’t complain about anything other than this old wiry bint who somehow gets binned on the till. (Usless on the shop floor too I guess). She has no place in customer service. Get rid. Cheers.

I went there for a magic bag and the staff was so Argonaut and had a really bad attitude the guy who served me the tall guy needs to learn some manners and so does the women manger every time you go in there the staff and management are totally unprofessional if I was the owners I would look at the way they treat the customers

The shop assistants are unpolite, often they don't greet the customers. The shelves are empty, there are some products they never replenish.

Very poor service from staff who just stand about taking. Add to that the fact that they don't have enough petrol pumps. It's very inefficient.
