Exceptionally and consistently rude staff, when one of the staff members asked another member to help them as the queue was large they replied “let them wait”. Several similarly negative interactions with almost all of the staff there.

They are fortunate they have a captive audience or nobody would set foot in this spar more than once.

Not impressed.
Just been in to post parcel and was told it shut at 12 noon on a Saturday.
The older lady (lady with blonde hair and glasses) said the one at Sainsburys will be open and I just said "it's ok thanks I'll not bother".
She obviously thought I had left but I hadn't and I heard her say to another member of staff "if its urgent she can go to Sainsburys".
I have no pronlem with the post office closing at 12 (I thought the Post Office hours were same as garage hours ).
I do have a problem with rude staff.

A rare chance for hikers along the Hadrian's Wall trail to grab a sandwich, cold drinks or some ice cream. There's a toilet which I think customers can use, and post services as well.
